PixGrid ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use our service at pixgrid.io and app.pixgrid.io.
If you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. We never store passwords in plain text.
Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full billing details. We receive only a confirmation of payment, your email, and a Stripe customer identifier.

We do not use your images to train AI models.
We may collect basic usage data such as page views, feature usage counts, and error logs to improve the Service. This data does not include your images or personally identifiable content.
We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and enable the editor to function. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Account data is stored in an encrypted database on secure servers. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.
