By accessing or using PixGrid ("the Service"), available at pixgrid.io and app.pixgrid.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PixGrid is a web-based photo editing application that provides both free basic editing tools and paid AI-powered features including background removal, object detection, smart inpainting, and image enhancement. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
You may use basic editing tools without an account. To access AI features, you may need to create an account or purchase a pass. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and promptly update it if it changes.
PixGrid offers paid passes for AI features:
All payments are one-time purchases processed through Stripe. There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges. Prices may change with notice.
Because PixGrid provides instant access to digital services upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once a pass has been activated. This applies to both Day Pass and Month Pass purchases.
We encourage you to try our free editing tools before purchasing a pass to ensure PixGrid meets your needs. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service during your pass period, please contact us at support@pixgrid.io and we will work with you to resolve it.
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of verified technical failures that made the service unusable. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, as provided by the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
However, by purchasing a pass you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the service has been activated, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive. You will receive confirmation of this consent with your purchase receipt.
If your pass has not yet been activated and fewer than 14 days have passed since purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting support@pixgrid.io. Where local consumer protection laws provide additional rights beyond those described here, those rights apply.
You agree not to use the Service to:
AI features in PixGrid are powered by models distributed under the CreativeML Open RAIL-M and Open RAIL++-M licenses. By using these features, you agree to comply with the use-based restrictions of those licenses, which prohibit the harmful uses listed above. The full license text is available at huggingface.co/spaces/CompVis/stable-diffusion-license.
You retain ownership of all images and content you upload to or create with PixGrid. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. Images uploaded for AI processing are used solely for providing the requested service and are not stored after processing is complete. We do not use your content to train AI models.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by PixGrid and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixGrid and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
